There is nothing more satisfying to us than seeing a patent that we wrote, prosecuted, and litigated earn a client millions. William Bollman has seen that on a number of occasions. He has seen his patents successfully survive the post-grant challenges of Inter Partes Reviews (IPR) and reexams. He has been deposed on numerous occasions in support of patents that he wrote as they were being asserted and monetized by his clients, with successful outcomes for the client. He has had many of his client's patents acquired for significant cash and royalty agreements. This is by no means a promise or guarantee that given the facts of your particular situation that your patent will necessarily lead to a successful outcome too. It is just to evidence that we know how to help you succeed with your patents because we have been there, numerous times.
The foundation for these successes is the years of experience that William Bollman has as a practicing design engineer - coupled with the years of Patent Attorney experience in a large IP law firm. We have now shed the marbled lobby and large offices - and the costs associated with it - to provide our very best services at very competitive rates.
